Time setting, How to work?

Plugging in Charger, Time displays 0. Connected with phone,time displays 3.  it charging while time starting. It will be stop until 3,2,1,0.  If pull out phone with the state of unfinished time set,

and it still go over with spare time. 

Disconnected with phone, Time still can set and adjust.Or when 

charging,time can be adjusted. Only Time window displays 1-5. at 

this time,It shows that time is setting. If connected with phone and time window still shows 1-5, So at that time, phone still go over as time set before.

 

Pls noted: Only if time window shows 0, connected with phone and shows 3. From the beginning of 3,time sets and goes.
